Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw
  2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion
  3. To qualify for one entry into the competition you must ‘Share’ the mi perthshire Facebook page; For 2 entries into the competition you must also ‘Share’ The Boat Hotel’s Facebook page.
  4. Entry to the competition ends at midnight on Monday 30th April 2012
  5. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 1st May 2012. The first entry drawn will be the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.  Where the winner does not respond to notification of their win a redraw will take place.
  6. The prize is (for 2 people) – 1-Night at The Boat Hotel / Dinner – £25 food allowance per person / Full Scottish Breakfast / Glass of sparkling wine / Strawberries and chocolates plate / Complimentary robes and slippers / Complimentary scented candle.
  7. There is only one prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange
  8. The winner will be notified by email or Facebook message by Wednesday 2nd May 2012
  9. Details of the winner will be posted on the mi perthshire website / Facebook page
  10. Stay must be used by Thursday 31st May.
  11. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented
  12. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
